An
annual management service for €330 that incorporates:
Key
holding, weekly inspections, property condition updates,
provision of access for services and deliveries, provision of
estimates, mail monitoring, car hire estimates, tee time booking
for golf,
Additional

Interior
design and make overs
Curtain
making
Painting,
decorating, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, Sat TV,
security grills, monitored alarm.
Furniture

of household items

Rental
We
will publicise and promote your property and work with tried and
trusted contacts.
We
do not demand exclusivity. We work with owners to achieve
maximum occupancy by encouraging and assisting them to promote
their own property.
We
only claim commission where we obtain the letting and we provide
a welcome pack at no cost to owner or renter.
Provide
a combined cleaning and laundry service for a fixed fee
according to number of bedrooms. (E.G For a 2 bed the fee is
€55)
We
provide a free consultation service for owners to assist in
improving property marketability.
