Theme Park, Montetossal Located in the city-centre next to the Castle of San Fernando, the park is on the side of Mount Tossal and is divided up to represent the various regions of Valencia. The Parrot Gardens

The Papagayo garden is an Avery of exotic birds located between the towns of Peñíscola y Benicarló. There are many different enclosures through which visitors can walk amongst toucans, parrots and even Australian kangaroos. It is possible to play with the cockatoos, pet them and even feed them and there are also daily shows with the parrots. It also has a souvenir shop and pet shop.

Safari Park Discover the delights of the Animal Kingdom in a fun-packed environment: 35 hectares of land that is home to 1400 animals and 145 different species.

You can go round the park by car and have a choice of three routes to see herbivores, Bengal tigers and African lions. Alternately, you can walk around the open sections of the park, which are split into sections by theme: Iberian fauna, African birds, Asiatic and oceanic fauna, large herbivores etc., since the walkways are separated by canals or wooden barriers.

Rio Safari The park is located off the Santa Pola motorway near Elche in the region of Alicante. It was inaugurated twenty years ago and has many different species of animals such as hippopotami, elephants, giraffes, tigers, lions, primates, etc., and facilities such as the caiman farm, the aquarium, the reptile house, Avery and a wonderful animal show.

Fauna Iberica The nature park “Fauna Ibérica” is situated in the village of El Rebollar, only a few kilometres away from Requena. The park carries out important work in the conservation and popularizing of the most characteristic species of fauna existing in the Iberian Peninsula. Visitors to the park can enjoy seeing animals such as bears, wolves, wild boars, roe deer, deer, foxes, otters and birds of prey, which are trained and do displays every day, from up close. “Faun Iberica” also has a nature classroom and holds exhibitions of great didactic interest.

Aqua Park The second aquatic attraction to open in the region of Valencia opened on the 14th of June 1986. Situated on a natural streambed in Quesada de Rojales. Has an area of 21,000 m². Pola Park Pola Park opened in Santa Pola in 1996, covers an area of 24,000 square metres and provides fun for young and old in a family atmosphere. Entry to the park is free and you can walk around on well-paved, well-lit streets and simply enjoy the gardens. There are more than 20 different attraction in the park, including bouncy castles, rides through the park, a boating lake, the laser labyrinth, scary rides, a games arcade, a 60m high tower from which there is an excellent panorama, and the new tropical garden mini golf. Acuario Municipal Since 1983, the Municipal Aquarium of Santa Pola has used it’s facilities to show part of the fauna of the Mediterranean Sea and it is an important and interesting educative tool, which allows us to see the depths of the sea with an aim to entertain, inform and make the visitor aware about the need for it’s conservation. It has a area of 707m² divided into 9 large aquariums that display the flora and fauna of the Mediterranean Sea including turtles, groupers, morays, sea-bass, etc.

Devesa Gardens Tourist complex located in the Albufera natural park, only 13km from Valencia, next to the sea and the El Saler golf club. Ciudad de las Arts I les Ciències The Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències (City of the Arts and Sciences) in Valencia is a spectacular creation. The Oceanographic With an area of 110,000 square metres and 42 million litres of salt water, l’Oceanogràfic combines interesting exhibits with state of the art technology and ultramodern design.
